The following products purchased from QVC or HSN come with a Lifetime Warranty (defined as five (5) years): Wireless Chargers, Audio Accessories such as headphones or earbuds and Cables, Pouches, Dock Stations or any other product labeled with our Lifetime Guarantee. |

QVC and HSN Product Warranties
Over time products are subject to normal wear and tear and may become obsolete due to advances in technology, therefore, our warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or damage to any non-Onward Brands product used in connection with a QVC or HSN distributed product. Onward Brands warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship and will replace a product if the product does not perform as intended due to such defect. Our warranties do not extend to instances where the product is damaged through use for which it was not intended, such as misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration.
Lifetime Warranty covers the lifespan of various products, not the life of the purchaser or any other individual. Considering the foregoing, Onward Brands has determined that the reasonable lifespan of the products covered by this warranty is as follows:
*Lifetime Warranty lifespan to be five (5) years from the original date of purchase.
Onward Brands Products and Consumer Law Rights
Consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, Onward Brands’ warranties are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations.
Replacement Product
- Onward Brands’ Limited and Lifetime Warranties are covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the time of replacement or up to one year from the original date of purchase, whichever is longer
- Replacement products are subject to applicable shipping and handles fees.
- All warranty claims outside of the U.S. will be honored with a store credit of equal value to the purchase price. The store credit must be used within ninety (90) days of issuance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL GRIFFIN TECHNOLOGY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PRODUCT, OR THE PERFORMANCE OR BREACH THEREOF, EVEN IF GRIFFIN TECHNOLOGY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. GRIFFIN TECHNOLOGY’S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER, IF ANY, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE WARRANTED PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THEREFORE, SECTIONS OF THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES DISCLAIMED
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR PROMISES INCONSISTENT, OR IN ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY ARE UNAUTHORIZED AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING UPON GRIFFIN TECHNOLOGY.
