How do I return or exchange a product?

If you purchase a case directly through www.incipio.com, you are eligible for a return.

Once an authorized RMA# is issued by Incipio, please return your product to the following address within 30 days of the RMA# issuance:

*Please make sure the RMA# is clearly marked on the outside of the package and is visible.
