This notification is displayed only when an accessory is not connected to the network or is powered off. Here are some remedies for this:
- Make sure the accessory is connect to power (i.e. the accessory is plugged into a working power source such as a wall outlet or lamp that is plugged to a working wall outlet)
- Make sure that the iOS device (iPhone) you’re using to interact with the accessory is connected to the same WiFi network as your accessory.
- Make sure that the iOS device (iPhone) you're using to interact with the accessory has a working data connection
- Make sure the Wi-Fi router the accessory is connected to is powered ON and has a working internet connection
